CLIPGLOVE IS NOW MADE WITH RECYCLED MATERIALS

Known as one of the most innovative garden glove brands, ClipGlove is now using recycled materials in the production of the glove range.

As well as boasting a range of quality protective gloves, each pair of ClipGlove gloves are held together with a carabiner clip. This clip enables gardeners to fasten the gloves onto a convenient place during and after use. This solved that age old problem, of losing gloves around the garden with the clever clip system. The brand won 2019 GIMA awards for not only the range itself, but also its innovative and space efficient spinner stand.

Since its launch in 2019, Treadstone Products have grown the ClipGlove range to be listed in hundreds of Garden Centres in the UK. During 2024 these stockists may have noticed a new message appearing on their glove hangtags – “NOW WITH RECYCLED CONTENT”. Treadstone have been adding recycled content to its glove range where possible, due to their continued focus on responsible product development.

Recycled content levels can be as high as 49%, depending on the materials used and style of glove, but Treadstone is focussed on increasing the levels wherever possible without affecting the integrity and comfort of their award-winning ClipGlove range.

For retailers and consumers who look for an even higher content, ClipGlove continues to sell its Bottle Glove range that uses 95% recycled bottles to construct the lining of each pair that retails at £5.99.

The award-winning spinner stand has been updated and will be on show at GLEE 2024. The updated spinner will take design cues from the well-received Wall Concept stand unveiled at last year’s Glee show. The spinner will continue to be rich in consumer information to aid consumer purchase and satisfaction, but will now feature interchangeable POS cards, allowing a greater choice of glove combinations to be merchandised. 

This allows the layout to be changed seasonally or for retailers to merchandise promotional items such as the fast-selling triple pack alongside the main range. Glove specific information cards enables old POS to slide out as new slides in!
